Asked for comfort double room and it was exceptionally nice with aircon. The hotel's location was peaceful and marvellous, just off restaurant and in-room, Germany and a hill.

The breakfast here was fantastic, with lots of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. the atmosphere was really peaceful and lovely, and it was conveniently located near Barbican House. 😊.

The location, perched on a hill, offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The service was impeccable, with room service and laundry available at our convenience. We were impressed by the free shuttle service provided, making it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. Our room was beautifully appointed, complete with a terrace where we could unwind and enjoy the tranquility. The amenities provided, such as the heating and trouser press, added to the enhanced comfort of our stay.
We highly recommend this place to all.

This hotel is situated on a hill which offers lovely views of the surrounding area. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean with good facilities. Breakfast is amazing with a good range of delicious options to eat and drink. Staff are friendly and helpful. the spa is a great feature, with nice swimming pools and a relaxing atmosphere.
The entrance of the hotel can be difficult to locate due to poor signage, which makes it hard to find when arriving.

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The location was in a beautiful area and had great facilities to spend time in during the easter period.
The overall building was old and outdated. It didn't have proper signage and the parking was difficult to navigate.

We had a fantastic New Year at this hotel. the pool was a highlight - we enjoyed swimming alone in the evening. We also appreciated the multilingual receptionists and their helpfulness. Another advantage was the calm atmosphere and comfortable beds. the shuttle bus was reliable and the driver was lovely.
The entrance was difficult to find and far from the parking lot. there were no signs to guide us.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere of this hotel. I had the whole pool to myself in the evening, which was amazing. The beds were really comfortable and the reception staff spoke multiple languages. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious and the hotel was located close to the town center.
Nothing negative to say.
